America Works
- JA America Works provides students with examples of how business and entrepreneurship affected the economic development of the United States during the 19th century. Six required, volunteer-led activities. This program is 45 minutes a week for 6 weeks.
Economics for Success
- JA Economics for Success explores personal finance and students’ education and career options based on their skills, interests, and values. JA Economics for Success is a series of six activities recommended for students in grades six, seven, and eight. This program is 45 minutes a week for 6 weeks.
Global Marketplace
- Every business starts small and grows. Let’s find out how! JA Global Marketplace helps young consumers understand the concept of a global economy. Here students discover what it takes to start and run a business. They explore the circular flow of money in the economy. They also role play ethical business decisions. The program is designed to provide practical information about the key aspects of the global economy, what makes world trade work, and how trade affects students’ daily lives. This program is 45 minutes a week for 6 weeks.
Enterprise in Action
- JA Enterprise in Action describes the principal characteristics of the United States economic system and the role of business in it. This program is 45 minutes a week for 8-10 weeks.
