Junior Achievement is the world's largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. JA's educational programs focus on three areas: work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. 

For over 93 years, through a dedicated volunteer network, JA has provided in-school and out-of-school programs to local students in grades K-12.

In 2012 JA of western Massachusetts impacted over 9,000 young people, opening their minds to their potential and preparing them for life after graduation.
